my samsung galaxy fame was fell in water it was damage display becomes white and there is water inside display battery become totally weak phone was not chargign please give me some suggestion

Remove the battery. Place the phone in a jar of uncooked rice, and leave it there for a couple of days. The rice will act as a dessicant, drawing the water out. Do not be tempted to turn it on to see how it is doing - that can only make things worse.
