(Samsung) What is this "sideways heart" icon?

The only thing I can really assoicated it with is a Furtinature store from where I am at.. Called Carter's.
we get this question almost on a daily basis. and most of these kind of questions go unanswered with only members posting their best guess as to what it is.
you see there are millions of heart notification icons out for android. so unless it is a popular one, you will only get guesses from us. most heart icons are not dating apps. most have to do with health or fitness.
truly the best way to know is just ask the person who's phone this is on or somehow get a hold of the phone and look in the notifications to find out what it is. but i know that for some people this is not an option.
