samsung wont charge

[Android Question]

I have got a Samsung galaxy ace and I left it to charge over night and when I looked at it in the morning, it was barely charged. What do I need to do to make it charge????

Was it turned on all night? You need to turn it off to charge. It's a battery charger, not an external power supply for the phone. It can't do both.
