Root Samsung Xcover can't change T-Mobile as carrier

I have a Xcover phone and looking for a script to change t-mobile to my carrier, I know it doesn't matter if it say's t-mobile but want to program Union's settings in there. There's a way to have t-mobile as the number 2 perfered then at&t and union as the primary.
