I decided to try out SamsungDrive for my S2. I registered and tried the "Ring my Mobile" facility to check if working.; OK.
Next I passed my phone to my wife to carry with her whilst she went shopping. After a few minutes I tried "Track my mobile" > "Find my mobile" It took a little while but did return her position. So I thought I would use "Track my mobile" > "Start Tracking". It never did return her position any more. The magnifying glass with its rotating "find" has been running for hours; 4.5 hours according the website moving display. Even though I have pressed "Stop tracking"; now several times and have logged out and back in. I have also turned off mobile and wifi on the phone (wife now home) but the site still shows trying to get a track.
Also tried "Ring my Mobile" but that does not work any more!
There appears to be no way to contact Samsung on the site.
Can any one please advise?
