I have a smasung s3 for two years now and recently the battery has been draining about twice as fast as normal. I especially notice it when not even using it as it can drain 50 percent over a period of 7 hours even when not using it all and with wifi switched off. No applications are using more power than usual and havent updated anything recently. Also when I restart the phone it loses 1 or 2 percent even though the phone is switched off mere seconds. Could this just be the battery getting old and needing replacement ?
