Help San Fran dead? pls help

My sister has a white san fran with the TFT screen. when switching the phone on the phone was staying on the green droid. I press vol - and power on and the blue droid come up but just stayed there. now when i hold or press the power button the phine just vibrates and does nothing else....i think it had jellyfish on then sweedish spring but not sure what clockwork as i cant get in it.

anyone heard of this problem? any advice? thanks

think the phone was dead but still sticking on the droid green or blue
