Online shopping is a bit of a crapshoot sometimes. Especially with Amazon. It is the wikipedia of retail stores - meaning that anyone can go on and submit customer images and 3rd party sellers can choose to list a item that is only similar and not exact to the one pictured.
Whatever you do, do not go the Ebay route as the likelihood of getting a counterfeit card is just too large.
Assuming we can trust the customer submitted images and 3rd party resellers on Amazon;
Both will work with the Note 2 or other mobile phone. They are both 'mobile' so the semantics of it is a moot point really (marketing).
The difference I think you are seeing between the 2 x 64GB SDXC cards is the read/write speed or class. The card with only 'I' in the lower right corner is a Class 10 card.
The card with the |_| and a 1 in it (located in the lower left corner) is a UHS-1 compatible card. It is Class 10 unless you are using an interface that is UHS speed compatible (phone, computer, USB reader, etc.) If you have an interface that is UHS compliant you will see write speeds above Class 10 as the bus can increase the clock frequency.
UHS cards are approximately 6 months to a year newer.
To cut through all the technical jargon for you and provide my personal opinion. They are more or less the same card. You
may see slightly faster transfer speeds with the UHS card, especially if your computer/transfer medium is set up for UHS compliance you may see a few seconds/minutes faster rate, but the Class 10 card is more or less going to give you the same everyday performance. There are no phones that I am aware of that are UHS compliant so taking advantage of the extra speed is only possible with the card outside the phone. Both are going to be good enough for HD video recording and playback. The difference in the end is more or less negligible in terms of real life in phone use and everyday measures that you will physically, easily notice.
