Hello, this is my first time posting here.
I have a huawei p9 and I want to save some mails (from the gmail or yahoo apps) to pdf. I`ve done this before but for some reason is not working now. I get the screen to save as pdf b ut when I try to save it, I get this message: It didn't worked, try again and a button to try again but does nothing. I can't even go back, the only way to leave this screen is to close the mail app. (see the attached files)
Hope someone has seen this and can give some advice.
