If you mean in Accounts in the phone, there's no provision for that that I know of. But it's standard cellphone procedure (and it has been for years) to put in a listing in your contacts list named ICE - if "in case of emergency". Another thing that's becoming common is a listing named Home. That would be the one I'd call if I found your phone. If there was no Home listing I'd call your ICE listing. (It's idiotic - or maybe profit-making - that your carrier will usually not call you to tell you that your phone was found and that you should call it.)
