Save values

[Android Question]

How can i save value from application when application has already been uninstalled from device and when app reinstall in device then i can check by saved value and take essential actions in device. for example : When app has been uninstalled from device then all data will be removed from local space, so no way to save some value related to that app in device for future. i want to save some those values in device so when same app reinstall in device again then i ca check by that value and take some actions.

Install a note app and put the values into a note.

Or root the device, install Titanium Backup, back up the app and the data, then uninstall the app. If you reinstall it, you can reinstall the data.
