Help saving and viewing email attachments

how do I copy info from email attachment to a new word doc.

I am not sure if I understand exactly what you are trying to do but in some applications if you long press on the text, you are given the option to select/copy. You should see the red handles which allow you to drag onto the text you wish to select for your select/copy/paste.
