Saving apps when flashing question...

So I ran a search and this question had been answered before...however, not for the GS3. Is there any way to save apps to an external sd card so that when flashing roms you don't have to go back into the market and download them all again? This is very annoying and time consuming. Thanks for any help in this matter as I'm sure it'd benefit many more people out there as well.

No....I'm rooted running Redemption 2.0 currently...you'd think I'd know this stuff.

Make sure you set TB up to save stuff to extSD, just in case.

Yep, that's all you need to do. You can back up just the app or the app+data.

I don't recommend restoring the app data. That usually leads to problems when flashing a new rom.

I've read a few posts mentioning this. However, I restored app data all the time with my Inc 2 and never had any issues.

Personally, I think the best restore method is "missing apps with data" BUT untick all system apps, leaving only missing user apps. Its system app data that causes conflict and teh reason you may need to wipe in the first place.

Unless I am going from Sammy to AOSP or vice versa though, I test my luck without a wipe first.
