Saving MP3s

Hi, Im saving some off my mp3s to use as ringtones, Ive managed to save as a ring tone but I also want to save as a message tone. Any idea how to do thanks.
 
Make a new folder on your SD card called "notifications", no quotes or capitals, and put your notification sounds in there. The same can be done for "alarms" BTW.
