saving text threads

[Android Question]

I am about to upgrade my phone from my Samsung Charge and my wife has a Galaxy S. We both have several text threads on our phones that we want to save that are older than a year. Cloud only goes back so far. Is there an means to print or offload these text threads from our phones so we can keep them.
