I've been on this for quite some time. I've recorded some videos on my G1, and I want to save them to my SD card, but I can't. Anyway there is an app, that can help me or a trick or something?

I dont understand how you have saved videos to the phones memory.
Please tell us how and what app you are using to do that ?
The standard video recording done by the camera is already being stored on the SDCard in the
/sdcard/DCIM/VIDEO... directory
