i bought an android, but could not use it for what i wanted it for so i returned it, i bought two apps, smart tools and mobile hot spot, which i could not use on the phone, it was prepaid, how do i get my money back?

Hello and welcome aboard. Unfortunately, the Play Store has a return window of 15 minutes.... So, if you have gone outside of the return window - then you might have lost your chance of getting a refund.

Sorry, i am 59 years old and on disability, so every penny counts. i stay in al with my daughter and grandchildren. i use my computer for games and communication.

I did not know that I could not use the apps with prepaid, nothing on the app said it was not usable with prepaid droid
