Root SBF Back From 596 Deodex

Trying to SBF back to Froyo, then apply new update. Was having rebooting issues with 596 deodex.

My problem is that SBF is failing now, after sending something to bootloader. I'm at code corrupt(meaning this is escalating in priority).

Any idea? I'm 4.9 RSD Lite and 4.9 drivers. I've done this at least 5-6 times before without a problem using all the same software and images.

Use the Linux method. It's much easier.

After you get back to stock of course you have to root and put in droid 2 bootstrap. After you flash the two GB files go back to the main menu and wipe data/cache before you reboot. You should have no problems.

Never mind me I'm stubborn and kept retrying, it worked now after 3 attempts.

There nothing wrong with trying again and again. That's how you learn from your mistakes. Just always remember to wipe data/factory reset BEFORE you leave clockwork recovery. It just makes it much easier on you getting it out of the way from the start.

And study the Linux method to SBF. It's really easy to do and it truly is "headache free".
