Root SBF file - can't find working link

Long and the short is that I killed my razr when I installed an ICS beta rom.
Now, this is the first phone I have killed and not been able to resurrect.

At the time (last week) I looked and looked and couldn't find a working link to DL the sbf file for the razr.
Can someone share a link to a working sbf file?

I have another one, and want to keep at the ICS, when it's more stable, but I need an sbf before I do that at all.
