Root SBF isnt working any advice

hey guys I was running APEX and decided to go straight to gingerbread but unfortunately once it finished flashing I couldn't get past the boot loader and gives me this

droid x bootloader
30.04
err A5,69,35,00,30

So I figured all I had to do was sbf the phone but I keep getting an error message. It's been a while since I sbfed can someone help me out?

edit:Seems I was using the wrong sbf using 2.3.15 and the phone seems to be flashing
any advice on how to get to gingerbread from here?

2nd edit:now the boot loader says
A5,70,70,70,00 1F
New_MAP BLANK
Service Req'd

I've got no clue what to do now

You need to download the 2.3.340 SBF and use that. Then flash the Gingerbread zip file.

I cant get RDS list to show my phone?????

Then you need to have the updated drivers from Moto.

I am still having issues with my sbf failing. This is going to drive me insane. It keeps failing at the RAM downloader to bootloader. Has anyone seen this?

It seems that my Droid X doesn't like the RSD 4.9. I went to another computer and used the RSD 4.8 and it worked. Very strange.
