Root SBF'ed to 602 can not get to stock recovery

After I SBF to 602 the phone rebooted but it is stuck at the Red Droid log. I wanted to clean cache and wipe but I am not able to get to stock recovery.
I used to be able to do this in Froyo just fine. Hold Home button and press power then let go at exclamation prompt and press the search button.
Now in sbf 602 I get to the exclamation icon but none of the buttons will get me to recovery.

Please help.

Both volume buttons once you get to the exclamation mark. Then use power to choose your options.
