Scariest Book/Movie You Ever Read/Saw

While it was never intended to be "scary" or a "horror" movie, the most nerve-racking movie I recall seeing was Crimson Tide. As Navy veterans, the Darling Bride & I were stunned at how realistic that scenario was at the time. She was white-knuckled through the whole movie and I was ready to puke! It's amazing that such a scenario never actually played out in real life. Thankfully.

There was one that was so brutal to me, it was a voodoo doll got woken up, it looked all green and black looking. As if some gypsy summoned a curse on it.

Besides that one, a really good scary one was "The Stand" even though not scary as in boo, but an intense pyschological type boo, so I got into those when I was a teen like "Butterfly Effect series" then "Silent Hill."

The Ring sort of scared me, but I somehow preped myself.

Speaking of Cell, there was "The Cell" with Jenifer Lopez stars as an ex cop, as she busted through like this labryinth type cell, as her monsters shows up.

"The Flying Dutchman" was an excllent scary type movie, it was about an Olypian Dutchman bicyclist.

Space Oddessey scared the living daylights out of me, even today it was one of the really horrifying movies out there, I know everyone liked this and that part, but I can only stand it in parody forms.
That was when my sister was dating now her husband, many moons ago.

Books "The Indian in the cubard"

"F. 451", All the biographics from Hellen Keller, to even Ali.
