Root SCH-R730 in recovery.

My cousin has a samsung transfix, but it was sent by mail and it can't be unlocked. Nobody knows the password to the google account. I want to get into recovery to factory reset it. Is this possible? (STOCK ROM, NONROOTED. PURE STOCK)

Yes. I don't know the button combination but by pressing those at start it will boot into recovery where you can do a factory reset which will wipe everything back to start. You will lose all information on the phone.
