Schedule Power Down App?

Hi, on my Treo I used to have an app called "Radio" which allowed me to schedule a time to shut off my wireless connection and turn it back on. This was a useful tool for saving battery life. Anyone have experience or suggestions with a similar Android app?

Thanks BookLover. I've downloaded it and tried it out. It's a powerful app, but it looks like I have to pay $5 to schedule it to work fully, such as nighttime options, wi-fi settings, and scheduling on/off.

Yes. I got the pd version a while ago. Or you can try Tasker. Another pd app that you can use to program the same kind of functionality plus a lot more. Steep learning curve, but well worth it and a lot of fun as well as functional.

I bought the paid version yesterday night and am really appreciating the versatility of this program. It is exactly what I was looking for. The juiceplotter program is also a nice addition.

I agree. I like JD/UJ a lot. And you definitely need the paid version to get the full use of it.

Juice Plotter is great to trend your phone battery usage. It was really useful in showing how my phone was depleting much faster one day after I installed an app that didn't show up in the Phone Usage logs. But, luckily, it was the only app I installed that day (Missed Message Flasher)... and as soon as I uninstalled it the trend went back to normal.

Glad I could help!
