School wifi

I have an LG lucid 2 and at my highschool we have wifi with a wap2 passcode which i know and i know this is the right passcode because my ipod 4G can connect but on my lucid it says saved and secured but when it goes to obtaining ip address it just stays there and doesnt connect please help!!

Could be a few reasons. No DHCP slot left. MAC address blocked. Fooling around trying to figure out why it's not working is a felony in most states, and suspension or expulsion are considered very mild slaps on the wrist for it. Just unauthorized connection could get you kicked out of school permanently.
