This seems to have appeared in the "downloaded" apps part of my phone and although it lets me delete it, it then immediately reinstalls.

I'm particularly concerned as the app profile says it can modify your contacts and other key sections of the phone.

Should I be worried, is it malware, spyware?

From what I read it's a Samsung app which starts their S-cloud, whatever that is. From what I understand it's not dangerous though users have reported it as annoying.
