I've just got a note 3, but Scrapbook doesn't work. Every time I try and open it, comes up with "Unfortunately, Scrapbook has stopped working" . Anyone know the resolution please?

try opening settings/app manager/scrapbook now clear the cache now open scrapbook

I just started using this phone today and unable to use scrapbook. It auto-closes everytime "My Scrapbook" was launched.
Using the S Pen Air Command, I can still use the scrapbook function as per normal. But there's no point if I can't go into the Scrapbook application.
Is there any fix for this?

I'm getting the same problem Leonwyx. Phoned Phones4U and they said to do a backup of the phone, then restore the factory defaults, which I'm reluctant to do !
Same problem. Emailed Samsung support and they responded as follows:
"Kindly note the problem described will require the device to be taken in to an authorized service to determine the nature of the problem is and how it is to be rectified if hardware/firmware related."
This does not help me. The nearest authorized service centre is 150km away! Many users are having this problem. Has anyone been to a service centre and do they have a solution?
