I don't know what kind of videos you're talking about, but if you're watching a YouTube video, tap the share icon, then select scrapbook.

That was enabled in a prior version of YouTube, but the latest version doesn't support it.

What I showed you above is a suitable workaround.

You can by using the S Pen. YouTube was updated taking away the ability to circle the video and put it in the scrapbook.
If you go to app manager, select youtube and uninstall update it will work by circling the video with the S Pen

I uninstalled the update, but I'm still not able to scrapbook the video using the s pen. Do I have to be in YouTube to do it? Or can I just be on a Web page that contains the embedded YouTube video?

Nevermind, I figured it out. You have to load the video in YouTube and then circle it with the s pen to scrapbook it. Thanks

The problem with this method is that you have to disable automatic updating, or it will stop working again. Then when you look for updates in the play store, it will always be there, telling you to update it.

Another update for the YouTube app came out yesterday, and the issue remains. Whether it will ever be addressed is anyone's guess.
