Scrathes on screen protective guard.what to do?

There was not a single scrath since i bought this protective screen guard 1 yr ago but suddenly it started taking scrathes few weeks ago.
Is this normal. Is it going to effect the screen glass as well?

You worry too much. It actually feels good using your phone without a protective screen guard. Awesome
