Screebl causes VERY high Android OS %'s

If you have Screebl uninstall it. It causes extremely high Android OS usage under battery stats. It won't show up on the list but it is the culprit for those of you seeing high OS %'s.

Since uninstalling it I haven't had one issue. I'm posting this for public knowledge that Screebl does not like the RAZR at all.

Um...

That's because it's always on. It doesn't necessarily mean it's sucking juice the entire time it's running, but it is always running. How else would it work?

I uninstalled Screebl yesterday afternoon, and I'm seeing 30-50% better battery life...

Screebl and the RAZR don't play nice together. It drains battery EXTREMELY quick. I installed it Friday afternoon and noticed my battery was annihilated by late afternoon.

Since uninstalling I'm back to great battery life. With that said. Do you think it's safe to say its sucking juice?

I'm getting horrible battery life with Screebl installed on my Razr. Going to try uninstalling and see if that helps.

I just came across this post and I was looking for a way to solve the horrible battery performance that my new Razr was having. I would turn off all services and wireless connections at night and with it fully charged it would be at 30% 8 hours later. The OS was showing as the main drain on battery usage. I had installed Screeble on day one because it worked so well on my original Droid. I hope this solves the problem.

Has anyone else used another similar app with success?
