Help Screen blank - but phone still rings

Get this quite a bit now.

I try to use the phone and screen just wont switch on - totally blank. Got to remove battery and reset.

Even if I rings I can hear the phone ringing but I cant get the screen to come on to answer the call.

Any ideas?

Only suggestion I can give is try another app (if there is one) that you can answer calls & if that fails...and I were in your shoes I will try factory reset (will wipe data)...and if that falls too, then update or upgrade your firmware (that will definitely resolve the issue)

Yeh. I guess that will fix it.
