screen bleading & touch working in my google pixel phone plz guide me ?

so i droped my google pixel phone in toilet and instantly took it out at that time phone display was working fine so i intstanly switched it off but as i switched it off it started turning on and off like a loop and when battery got all over then i put in a rice sack for 3 days and i took it out charged it a lil bit and the screen was bleeding from bottom but touch was working fine so i put in normal temprature for 3 days but same issue is there screen is bleeding from bottom and now the the whole screen is liitle blurry but i can see it and use touch properly.

We can't fix water damage over the internet. I'm sorry, there's really nothing that we can do for you. It sounds like the damage has already been done.

If you've got some sort of warranty that covers accidental damage, it's time to cash in on that. Otherwise you'll need to just buy a new phone.

You need to keep a phone in rice for at least a week or more, and put the bag in a nice sunny spot to heat the bag contents up. But if a Pixel is sealed phone, that makes it a bit tougher to do. Rice works best with removable battery cover.
Well, if it were MY Pixel, and warranty did not cover water damage, I'd look for a YouTube video on how to disassemble it, and bag it in rice for a couple of weeks... But that's me.
And I hope you flushed first, salt will definitely do more damage in a shorter time! Worth a try, I fixed an HTC Desire that completely submerged in a toilet for almost 30 seconds

Oh, and considering how much a Pixel costs, again if not covered by warranty I'd still dismantle it and bag it up. A new touch/digitizer surely costs less than a whole new one. Can you send a pic of the bleeding screen you're speaking about?

allthough some screen shots looks fine but while i am using the phone i cant see it clearly any text its kind of of blurred . you can see that in the last screen shot

A screenshot is captured at the software level; it's not going to show any indication of the hardware display damage you are experiencing.

No one here is going to be able to effectively guide you through exactly what components will need to be replaced. A competent repair person would need to actually open up the phone in order to determine the extent of the damage. I'd take it to a repair shop - but keep in mind that it may actually be a better idea to just replace the phone. With water damage, the big problem is corrosion, and that corrosion may not make itself apparent for many months after the phone went swimming. Unless the entire phone is completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned it is quite likely that you would just have more problems with it later on.
