Screen darker in upper portion

My note 4 screen is darker in upper portion of screen. I found another post for note 3 here http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-note-3/785408-note-3-screen-darker-top-half.html.

Anyone else having this issue with note 4.

Update: the darkening is not to much. I would say abt 20% darker at upper portion. It's not apparent at first, But it's noticeable after taking a closer look. .

Take your device back for exchange. Sounds like a defective phone to me. This is NOT normal.

Return it. This, dead pixels and the bottom third of the screen being discolored are the three defects some are seeing so far based on various forum posts. Key word is "some".

Screen shot won't work lol. We'll see it normal. If their screen is messed up we won't see it.

You sure about that? If he see's the upper portion as dark wouldn't a screen shot capture that? If yes, then we will see exactly what the screen shot captured on his screen.

Its still noticeable in screen shot but I am not able to upload it.

Had been to at&t today to get the device exchanged but they refused saying that they can't see the darkening. Thinking of talking to Samsung about this. Any suggestions?

Have you had the Note 4 less than 14 days? If so, you are entitled to one exchange without a restock charge of $35 per the Terms and Conditions on the back of the receipt.

Yes, it has not been 14 days yet. But at&t store said that since they don't see any difference in screen display they can't replace without restocking fee. They didn't get convinced no matter how many different ways I showed them.

Omer.....Bring your receipt into the store and read the exchange conditions on the back of said receipt to the store clerk. You have 14 days and are permitted to exchange once in this time period. You don't need to have any reason to exchange.
