Root Screen dead?

hi,

my 2-month old LG70 suddenly can not response to any touch on the screen.

due to a depletion of battery after watching movie and internet, then plugged in charge, waited fully charged. no response from the screen.

can not power off ( can not select OK), pulled of the batter, reboot successfully, but still no response from screen (can hear phone ring, automatically screen rotation.etc).

after tried a few times, did a factory hard reset( power + volume down), successfully resetted as the screen shows the first interface of new phone ( need to select language (English, Unite States), then still can not touch the NEXT button on the screen.

Screen dead?

Any idea?

Blackflag has a great point, have you ever dropped your phone? If so the digitizer may have come lose
 
You still have warranty I would take back and get it fixed . but if you can let the battery die again fully die and try to recharge the device with it plugged in the wall outlet powered on try to see if the power may help if so the battery is defected
