Help Screen dimensions (yes it's 16:9)

I know the screen is 4.7 inches, but do the dimensions of the 4.7 inch display allow for a true, full-screen 16:9 ratio, or is it

The screen resolution for the LTEvo is 720x1280 so yes, it is 16:9 as HD television sets are.
