Help Screen Flickering and flashing

Hi;Is this
I installed firefox 17 for android.
when I go into settings it just flickers continuously.
Same in search window.
Here is a Vid PC220810 on Vimeo
I thought it was FF problem but FF uninstalled and this happens in menu of Qr droid, camscanner, and a couple others.
Is there a fix?

I've never tried FF myself - I'm not a huge fan.

Does the flickering still occur after a phone restart?

I had trouble recently with flickering on my droid Maxx. I had to disable the active display and the flickering has stopped. Until this problem is fixed, I hope this helps!

I just want my phone to show new notifications when my volume is on silent I've checked the active display box and it still don't doit
