I am a new Android user and bought one HTC desire 500 a couple of months back. Since last week I am facing problem as the screen freezes without any detectable reason. FYI, I have not installed any new application except having the regular updates installed (using WiFi). When I switch on and off the display the phone becomes responsive again. I would appreciate if someone could advice/suggest anything to resolve this issue (not so serious though).

P.S. Is there any need to install and use an A/V program for this mobile?
