Basically, a few days ago my phone ran out of battery when i was out came home next day charged it and screen was blank, just had a band of faint colour at the top, which I could see that I had some emails and messages to read, also could hear messages come through etc. Anyway, how do i back everything up that is on my phone, like photos, videos etc? I have never connected it to the computer before because i have only had it a few months. And i know if i send it away to o2 to get fixed, they will clear everything
