Help Screen Issue

I have lately noticed some weird scattered lines that are best observable when using the phone on a grey color and light blue, this problem is higher when the brightness is lower, but the problem is almost gone when setting the brightness 50 % or higher. The next thing I have noticed is that when i run a grey test on some 3rd party apps there is no such problems, they only seem to appear in the stock OS (2.3.5).
Please guys I am f****** loosing my mind here, is this a hardware issue, is this a normal occasion that many haven't noticed and is this repairable

From pictures posted here there are lines even on white background, I have no such issue, white is perfectly white, but as I said in my post these lines are very faint but there is grain included, and all this is only visible on grey and blue, another thing I noticed is that when there is a black picture on full screen I can see the screen with a black line in middle, and a couple of black dots, this doesn't happen at all in a screen test of any kind.

I had kinda the same problem, I had weird lines on the screen and the screen kept flickering, took it to Samsung and they said it was a hardware problem.

Mine doesn't flicker at all, but I am kinda getting used and trying to ignore those faint lines

You should take it to a Samsung Repair centre
