Mine is misbehaving a bit, I'm aware of it - I'm testing some stuff, I've had lousy reception all day, and I have auto brightness on.
I lost 56% of the almost 40% used while the screen was on - not to just the screen -
That part works out to about 10%/hour for screen on time use (combination of local and streaming videos) and fits my expectations.
I've also lost over an additional 15% to being held awake - and as I'm rooted, I can confirm that that is what GSam is trying to say by looking at the overview from Wakelock Detector -
Mine has been caused by unnecessary alarms (remember, I'm testing some stuff) and generally a bad signal earlier.
Although GSam is saying that the awake portion is costing me 0%, it's not accurate and the actual loss is being tallied in my apps.
Hopefully that all will help with some insight into your data so far and give you some points for comparison.
Unless you're getting a bad signal, I would look at your apps, definitely.
You've got something holding the phone awake quite a bit and your power drain isn't great to see on the graph.
This is your target (from an earlier version of the app) -
Basically, a flat line without drop when the screen is off, even if harmless, FAST, wakelocks occur behind your back.
