So I have had this phone since November and its always kind of been on the laggy side, but last night the phone started becoming unresponsive or seriously delayed reaction to being touched. I had tried turning it off and on several times and then it just quit coming back on all together, only flashing the screen that says one touch fierce. I let it die then I plugged it in to charge. Woke up this morning to the same thing. I got frustrated and grabbed a screwdriver and removed all the back casing like showed in a video on youtube and popped the battery out. it turned back on after that but it kept doing the same thing so I factory reset it and it is still being unresponsive or extremely laggy. Its to the point now where when I hit the lock screen it lights up and all but my efforts to swipe it open do nothing. Is there anyone who can help me?
