Screen Lights up

Hi All

im using an S7 edge and for about a week now im experiencing the screen lighting up for no reason. its like i am getting a notification but nothing is there.

i have checked accessibility settings and all seems ok but not really sure what im looking for. iv checked online and it appears its a common issue but no one appears to know how to sort it.

Any ideas anyone.

Defo not that, the screen is black because it's not been used an then it just lights up and then goes off again. Like I say I have seen other people having good the same issue but no conclusive solution.

Hmm, that's an odd one, but I'll tell you that I have this issue every so often on my LG G5.
I've often wondered if someone was dialing my phone number, then decided to hang up before it actually rang, making the screen blink on for a second. :dontknow:
