hi i have a sony xperia sp and for got my screen lock pin i need help as its the only way my children can get hold of me while i am at work can you help please

Keep trying. Eventually you'll run out of tries and it'll ask for your Google login and password. (If you forgot them too, try Google Account Recovery )
