screen locked completely

Hi,

My Galaxy Note has been locked completely, no screen at all its all black though I can hear incoming ringtones when there is a incoming call.

Please let me know if there is any solution, the phone is aged about 5 months.

It's great to have you here, but i am sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Like Chief said you can visit your device forum, however, I am pretty sure you might want to try a factory reset to be sure it isn't a hardware issue.
