Help Screen moves back and forth

I have no idea what i have done but when on home screen or apps lists if i lean the phone to left or right the phone scrawls through the different screens so basically if i tilt the screen left of right it keeps moving.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

check your motion settings. I think there's a tilt to pan or something. that may be enabled.
