Help Screen ON and OFF

Hello

I just got a replacement for my Motorola Razr which had a factory fault. The new one plays some tricks with the screen. It turns on and off sometimes. Turns ON for a few seconds and then OFF again. It does this cycle for 2-3 times apparently for no reason.

Moreover, sometimes the screen just stays ON, I have to lock the phone again and turn it OFF.

Any idea? Am I that lucky and received a second "faulty" phone

Assumption is a replacement through VZW.

Same issues before you installed any apps?

Work the buttons a little bit, maybe one was a little sticky?

Again, a VZW version?

I'd go for another replacement and make sure they document the issues.

I'm from Europe. No it is not a VZW replacement.
