screen on and off?

Is there an app that can tell me what times that my screen is turned on and off? i often dont wake up to my alarm and id like to know about what time i normally wake up and turn it off. i set one alarm early (30-45 minutes) then another one when i want to get up so that i will actually get up. when the first one goes off im so tired i just dont even look at the time.
Or is there something in the phone already that could tell me this? I have a samsung note 2.

Idk about that, but there is an app that makes u do a math problem before u can shut off the alarm. I made my roommate get b/c he would snooze it 13 times before actually waking up. u can adjust the difficulty of the problems.

I have an alarm with math problems. problem for me is i can do the most difficult problem and go back to sleep easy. i found setting my alarm early i get up with the 2nd one so problem solved haha. i just wanna know how long the first one takes to wake me up thus the question. hopefully theres an app but i cant find anything =/.
