Screen or digitizer replacement?

So the inevitable happened and I broke my phone screen. It's still working but the crack spread.

I have replaced ipod and iPhone screens in the past so I don't think it will be an issue.

Do I need just the screen, the digitizer or both?

I was looking on eBay and some places have the screen for $10 and others are close to $100.
