My screen started acting up yesterday and quit this morning. No water damage but I'm rooted. Can I take it in for a replacement as they won't be able to tell it is rooted or is there a way to mount the phone through my laptop and run a backup to restore to retail?
The laptop recognizes the phone when USB connected.
