Help Screen Perspective Locked (Portrait/Landscape)

My wife and I are having problems with the phone every once in a while where the screen perspective gets locked in a position and won't turn in conjunction with the phone. Does anyone else have this issue? The only way I can re-mediate this is by rebooting the phone.

Forgot to mention, I am on the current OTA update.

I have the same issue and it's frustrating. From reading posts in the Droid Razr forum, the only solution is to soft boot it. That gets annoying.

I can go days without having this problem or go half a day before it gets stuck in portrait mode.

I have only had it happen once but can till you I had the Galaxy Nexus and it did it also but more often and it was on ICS it also had the habit of rotating very slowly. So hopefully ICS doesn't bring the slow rotation with it.
